The challenge
Meridian’s central marketing team wanted regional offices to publish more often, but every post needed compliance review, and reviews queued for days. Regional teams either waited or didn’t post at all. Visual consistency across regions was poor.
The approach
- Central brand kit, regional workspaces. One master brand kit with locked logo usage, palette and a compliance phrase list, inherited by four regional workspaces.
- Roles and approvals. Regional marketers draft; compliance reviewers approve from a single queue; only approved posts can be exported or scheduled.
- Single sign-on. Access provisioned through the company IdP so onboarding and offboarding stay under IT control.
The results
Publishing cadence rose six-fold while every post continued to pass compliance — because banned terms and unapproved claims are blocked at drafting time. Review turnaround dropped by 65% as reviewers worked from one queue with full context. Regional feeds now look like one firm.
What’s next
Meridian is extending the setup to its recruiting team and piloting localised captions in three languages.
