1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Tapost website and the Tapost application (“Service”) provided by [Company legal name]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use.
3. Plans, billing and trials

4. Your content
You retain ownership of brand assets, briefs and posts you create. You grant us a licence to host and process them to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to any assets you upload.
5. Generated output
You may use generated posts commercially. Output is generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or similar to output for other users; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content; no attempts to reverse-engineer, overload or resell the Service without permission.
7. Third-party platforms
Publishing to social networks is subject to those networks’ terms. We are not responsible for their availability or policy changes.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA is agreed in writing (Enterprise).
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for [30] days.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
